In this step, you can define certain sender texts for the certificates.
You only need the sender texts in certificates created for:

  • An inspection lot
  • A batch

In the certificates for a delivery item, the sender texts are retrieved from the sales organization.

The sender texts include the:

  • Header text
  • Footer text
  • Signature text
  • Sender

The sender texts are assigned to the company code.

Requirements

The corresponding texts are available in SAPscript in the current client.

Standard settings

The following program assignments are available for company code 0001 in the standard system:

  • RQCAAP01
  • RQCAAP02
  • SAPLQC07

Activities Determine whether you want to define copy models for the above referenced sender texts at the company code level.
If necessary, maintain the table.
