In this step, you assign the processing programs to the output types (condition types) and the media used.
Standard settings
The message processing program RQCAAP00 is implemented in the standard system for both condition types LQCA and LQCB.
There are two subprograms that you can use: ENTRY and ENTRY_01.
The ENTRY_01 subprogram gives a better system performance for certificate profiles with a large number of class characteristics. The subprogram, however, has its limitations. ENTRY_01 filters out class characteristics. Subsequently, the program only processes the class characteristics that fulfill the following criteria:
- If they are marked as obligatory characteristics.
- If they are in the batch class of the material.
- If they have a link to a material from the material list in the certificate profile.
Activities
- Determine the output media (printer, fax) on which the certificates are to be issued.
- If the processing program RQCAAP00 does not fulfill all of the requirements, create your own processing programs and assign them to the output types in the table.
Further notes
In this step, you determine the processing programs for issuing delivery certificates. In the standard system, the following processing program exists:
- RQCAAP00 Certificate output for delivery
In addition, there are the following processing programs in the standard system:
- RQCAAP01 Certificate output for inspection lot
- RQCAAP02 Certificate output for batch
Both these programs are linked to transactions QC21 and QC22 and cannot be set in Customizing.
In addition, the processing program RSNASTED is included in the standard system for the condition types LQCA and LQCB. This program is used for certificate processing using IDocs (medium EDI).
