Activities

  1. Define which SAP users should record inspection results in the Internet, and make sure that these users have the necessary authorizations.
  2. Create user variants for data selection.
    The variants have the key U_*, where '*' represents the key for the SAP user.
    These variants have no transport link. As a result, you must create them in a productive system.
    In the delivery scope, the standard variant SAP&SOURCEINSP is contained for data selection.
  3. You can ensure that the completed inspection lots no longer appear in the worklist by doing the following:
    1. Assign a status profile to the affected inspection type, which contains user status PAW3.
      The standard client contains the status profile QM_L_002 as an example. You can use transaction QCCU in the current client of the test system to access this profile. Note the following explanation.
    2. Use a selection profile in the user variant that only selects inspection lots that do not have the status PAW3.
