Use
The Business Add-In QM_INPUT_PROCEDURE is used during the recording of measured values for quantitative characteristics. If you implement this BAdI, the system can automatically perform roundings or other operations related to the measured value.
This BAdI contains the methods:
- INPUT_PROCEDURE (Perform input processing)
The actual input processing is performed in this method. The measured value entered in results recording can be changed in this method.
- DISPLAY_DOCU (Display documentation for implementation)
You can use this method to display documentation related to the current input processing implementation. The relevant pushbutton is located behind the field in which the implementation is defined, for example, in Customizing, in the master inspection characteristic, and in the task list characteristic.
Requirements
After a new BAdI implementation, the input processing must be planned both in Customizing, and in the master inspection characteristics or task list characteristics.
