In this step, you assign number ranges to the task list types.
You can also activate the following options for each task list type:
- Creation of change documents
- For the material, task list group and sales document: the last value maintained is displayed as a default value
- Deletion of task lists and operations (but only with special authorization)
(Controlled by the authorization object Q_ROUT)
Requirements
The number ranges for the inspection plans and reference operation sets have been maintained.
Standard settings
In the delivery system, the parameters for the inspection plans (type Q) and reference operation sets (type S) have already been set up in a meaningful way.
Recommendation
Make sure you consult with someone in the PP module concerning the settings you make for task list type S!
Activities
Determine whether the parameter settings you need for task list type Q will be different from the standard settings. If necessary, maintain the table.
