In this step, you define your service profiles.
You can use the service profile to define service times to the day. By entering a counter, you can also create several service times for one day.
If you have already maintained your response profiles, you can assign a separate response profile to each service time. In this way, you can assign different response profiles, for example, for daytime and night-time.
Service profile in the service contract
You can maintain a link to the service profile in the item of a service contract by means of an individual characteristic.
To do this, you must define an assignment to the field T355R-SERWI for the characteristic (in the additional data screen of characteristic maintenance).
When you have done this, you can enter this characteristic in the service contract item and assign it a service profile value.
This assigns a service profile to the order item.
If a service order item does not have a service profile, the default value defined in Customizing for the appropriate notification type will be set instead.
