Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Transportation and Distribution (IS-OIL-DS-TD) component.
You can use this BAdI to change the loading and delivery dates in the delivery header before the system automatically updates them.
In the loading or delivery confirmation, the loading or delivery date is the same as the posting date. If you enter a date as the loading or delivery date, the system checks this date against the open period and then updates the delivery header with this date as the loading or delivery date. When the period is closed you must enter a date in the open period(s) which is not the actual loading or delivery date. The system then also updates the delivery header with this date.
This BAdI enables you to enter a different date as the loading or delivery date for the update of the delivery header than the one used in the material movement concerned (posting date of goods issue).
The posting date of the material movement (transfer and goods issues) remains the same date you entered as the loading or delivery date that the system checked against the open period.
Requirements
The system updates the underlying document if there are changes in bulk shipments with reference to outbound deliveries.
Standard settings
- In the standard system, the BAdI is not activated.
- The BAdI is designed for multiple use.
- The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
