In this IMG activity you specify the assignment categories for specific questionnaires. You can specify an assignment category for each component used in the questionnaires (Occupational Health, for example).
Note:
Special programming knowledge is needed in order to create assignment categories. In this IMG activity you only specify the name of the assignment category, and if the questionnaires in it are to be merged.
Merging questionnaires
You can specify the assignment categories in which several questionnaires will be grouped together as one questionnaire. For example, if a person has to answer several questionnaires before a health surveillance protocol is done, all these questionnaires are combined, so that the person only needs to complete one questionnaire. Identical questions appears as only one question when questionnaires are merged.
Example
The assignment category for questionnaires used for health surveillance protocols in the Occupational Health component is VOR. This category is included in the SAP standard system.

Recommendation
SAP advises you to work with the standard settings because of the special programming knowledge needed for creating assignment categories.
Activities
- If you have developed assignment categories for your application, specify what they are.
- If the questionnaires in the assignment category are to be merged, indicate this in Merge.
