In this IMG activity you specify the various text elements that will remain the same on all the forms. In the case of special questionnaires, form texts are defined for each assignment category.
You can specify the following form texts for specific questionnaires:
- Header (for example, "Medical Questionnaire")
- Footer (for example, the name of your company)
- Identification header (for example, "Identification")
- Positive answers ("Yes")
- Negative answers ("No")
- No answer ("No answer")
- Page ("Page")
- Text fields 1-12: other form texts for personal data about the questionnaire recipient (for example, text field 1: Name)
Note: The individual text fields are already preassigned to default entries in the standard system. Do not change the sequence of these fields, or the form texts will not match the specified variables.
If you want the name of the questionnaire recipient to appear in place of the header on the other pages of the questionnaire, use the Change header indicator. The header will then only appear on the first page of the questionnaire.
You can also specify different languages for the form texts.

Activities
If necessary, change the existing form texts.
