Use

In this IMG activity you assign print programs to the forms that you have defined. In this way, you can specify which print program is used to format the data for the form. In this IMG activity, print programs are assigned to each individual assignment category.

To specify which print program is to be run automatically for a particular form, set the Active indicator for each assignment category. You can only set one print program per form category to active.

Standard settings

The standard system contains the following assignments for the assignment category VOR:

Form Category FNORM

You use the form category FNORM to assign the print program for a normal form format to the specific questionnaires.

  • The print program REHSQUESTSPCPRNT supports SAPscript forms, such as the forms REHSQUESTSPN_A4 and REHSQUESTSPN_LET.

    In the standard system, the SAPscript form REHSQUESTSPN_A4 is active.

    If you are working with SAPscript forms in Letter format, activate the form REHSQUESTSPN_LET.

  • The print program REHSH_QUESTSPC_PRNT_PDF supports PDF-based forms, such as the forms EHSH_QSTSPN_A4 and EHSH_QSTSPN_LTR.

    If you are working with PDF-based print forms, activate one of these forms.

Form Category FSCAN

You use the form category FSCAN to assign the print program for a scannable form format to the specific questionnaires.

  • The print program REHSQUESTSPCPRNT supports SAPscript forms, such as the forms REHSQUESTSP_A4 and REHSQUESTSP_LET.

    In the standard system, the SAPscript form REHSQUESTSP_A4 is active.

    If you are working with SAPscript forms in Letter format, activate the form REHSQUESTSP_LET.

  • The print program REHSH_QUESTSPC_PRNT_PDF supports PDF-based forms, such as the forms EHSH_QSTSP_A4 and EHSH_QSTSP_LTR.

    If you are working with PDF-based print forms, activate one of these forms.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you work with the default settings. If you do so, no other activities are necessary.

Activities

Perform the following activities for each assignment category:

  1. Enter the forms that you want to use for specific questionnaires (see Define Forms and Define Layout of PDF-Based Print Forms).

    Note: You can assign a maximum of four forms to print programs.

  2. Assign one print program to each of the forms.
  3. Assign one form category to each of the forms (see also Specify Form Categories).
  4. Set the active indicator for the form that you want to use (SAPscript form or PDF-based form in A4 or Letter format).
