In this activity you specify the exposure groups.

Example

Several persons in a particular company work on a shop floor where the same agents have been assessed as having the same amounts. These agents can therefore be grouped together as an exposure group. The identification code for the exposure group could be SHOP1, and you could give it the name Shop 1 exposure group.

Activities

  1. Enter EG for the object type.
  2. Enter an identification code for the exposure group (e.g. SHOP1).
  3. Enter the name of the exposure group (e.g. Shop 1 exposure group).
  4. Choose an evaluation path.

    The standard SAP system supports two evaluation paths:

    EG_C_S_P: All positions and persons in the exposure group

    EG_P: All persons in the exposure group

  5. Enter a validity period.
  6. Choose Create.

    The system automatically assigns the object ID

  7. You can link the exposure group to jobs or positions.

    Note: You can also create new jobs or positions here.

Result: You have created a new exposure group.
