In this IMG activity you specify the exposure frequencies.
Frequencies range from 1 to 4, where 1 is the lowest frequency (exposure less than once a month), and 4 the highest (exposure once per shift or more).
Example
If a person is exposed to an agent less than once a month (less than 12 times a year), the frequency is assigned the value 1.
Standard settings
The SAP standard system contains frequencies 1 to 4.
Note:
You can only edit the values assigned to frequencies 1 to 4. You cannot create other frequencies, or delete a frequency. Frequency 4 must always show the highest value, frequency 1 the lowest.
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you use the default settings.

- Check whether your company requires different values assigned to the exposure frequencies.
- Edit the existing entries if necessary.
