In this step, you create educational institutions/schools for your employee/applicant.

To create educational institution/school information, you must specify the educational establishment type, the school code, the relevant institution type, and the name of the institution. You have the option to maintain the name of the institution as well in a second writing style (e.g. Katakana for Japan).

Example

The information for the University "Tokyo University" might contain:

• "50" (for educational establishment "University"
• "2" (for institution type "national"
• "0000000001" (school code)
• "Tokyo University" (name of the university)
• "Tokyo University" (name of the university in second writing style,
e.g. Katakana)

Requirements

• You should already have created the educational establishment types in the step "Create educational establishment types".
• You should already have created the institution types in the step "Define institution type".
