Use
In this activity, you check the proposed formation of cumulation wage types in the SAP standard system.
Standard settings
The cumulation wage types for the subapplication Employer Statement (AGBE) are used, to fill the amount fields on the form using the payroll results or from wage types of the indirect evaluation.
The following cumulation wage types are applied:
Cumulation wage type Purpose of use
AHVP AHV-liable wage
The AHV-liable wage is determined from the payroll results of the last 24 months. Since the AHV-liable wage is always saved in payroll in the wage type /415, no adjustment is normally necessary.
H13S 13th Monthly wage/Gratuity
The 13th monthly wage or gratuity is determined from the payroll results of the last 12 months. The system determines the installment and date of the last payment.
HPHL Public holiday compensation
Public holiday compensation is determined for the indirect evaluation of the Basic pay infotype (0008) valid on the key date.
HSAL Basic wage/Hour
The basic wage per hour is determined from the indirect evaluation of the Basic pay infotype (0008) valid on the key date.
HVAC Leave compensation
Leave compensation is determined from the indirect evaluation of the Basic pay infotype (0008) valid on the key date.
M13S 13th Monthly wage
The 13t monthly wag is determined from the indirect evaluation of the Basic pay infotype (0008) valid on the key date. This is the percentage proportion contained in the hourly wage for a 13th monthly wage.
MGRA Gratuity
The gratuity is determined from the payroll results of the last 12 months. The system also determines the installment and date of the last payment.
MSAL Monthly wage
The monthly wage is determined from the indirect evaluation of the Basic pay infotype (0008) valid on the key date.

Do not make any changes in this step. Make the necessary changes in the IMG activity Cumulation Wage Types: Customer-Specific Settings instead .
