Use
In the following Customizing activities, you customize the system so that it automatically prints the official document number on financial documents and journal vouchers, as required in China.

Example
Assume that you want the system to automatically number financial documents and journal vouchers. In this case, you make the following settings:

Maintain Document Classes Create document class CN for outgoing documents
Assign Document Classes to Document Types Assign document class CN to document types DR
Maintain Number Groups Create a number group
Maintain Number Ranges Create a number range 01 for each of the number group you created
Assign Number Group to Company Code Assign each of the number ranges to the relevant company code, per document class
