Use
With the stock removal strategy FIFO (First In First Out) with GUID Priority, the warehouse management system looks for the quant with the GUID that was specified with the transfer order item. The transfer order item contains a GUID if it was created for a multistep returns order. If the transfer order was not created for a multistep returns order, the warehouse management system proposes the oldest quant in each storage type from which you want to remove stock.
The system calculates the age of a quant using the date of the goods receipt posting that was set in the quant by the transfer requirement and the transfer order.

- Decide whether or not you want to use this stock removal strategy.
- Activate the stock removal strategy "FIFO" in the stock removal control of the relevant storage type.
