Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Plant Maintenance (PM) component. You can use the BAdI to perform checks on measuring points that are entered as production resources and tools in the task list and maintenance order.
The standard system only allows measuring points and counters that are assigned directly to the technical object, or to a technical object that is below the technical object in the hierarchy, for example. You can overwrite the standard setting using this BAdI

Requirements
You have activated the function "Measuring Point as Production Resource/Tool" with the Business Function LOG_EAM_CI_3 (EAM: Continuous Improvement EhP4).
Standard settings
The standard system contains an active default implementation.
The BAdI is designed for multiple use and is not filter-dependent.
