Use

This organizational activity provides information on the Customizing-activity Activate Function Modules you need to use for Master Data Governance for supplier data. With the Customizing-activity Activate Function Modules you can call the function modules MDG_BUPA_OUTBOUND_ALE and MDG_BUPR_OUTBOUND_ALE.

In case the function modules are not activated yet, the receiver system determination of the data replication framework does not work for business partners and business partner relationships.

• The function module MDG_BUPA_OUTBOUND_ALE creates and sends IDocs of type BUPA_INBOUND_MAIN_SAVE_M to replicate business partners from the Master Data Governance hub to the client systems. If you call the function module from the data replication framework, the function module processes key mapping and value mapping according to the target system. The replication status of the data replication framework is written to the database.
• The function module MDG_BUPR_OUTBOUND_ALE creates and sends IDocs of type BUPA_INBOUND_REL_SAVE_M to replicate Business Partner Relationships from the Master Data Governance hub to the client systems. If you call the function module from the data replication framework, the function module processes key mapping and value mapping according to the target system. The replication status of the data replication framework is written to the database.
