Use
In this IMG activity, you define the applications that provide the Internal Sales Representative role with the Service LaunchPad (ABAP).
The LaunchPad in the standard system provides the internal sales representative with access to a selection of reports and analyses. BI Web templates define what their contents are.
You can enhance the LaunchPad by adding applications. For example, you can choose the application types Xcelcsius Dashboard, Report Writer, and Transaction to integrate additional reports, analyses, and transactions in the LaunchPad.
Requirements
Standard settings
For the Internal Sales Representative role, the LaunchPad contains the entries for the following reports:
- Folder Sales Analyses
- Quotation Tracking per Month (top n customers)
- Incoming Orders per Month (top n customers)
- Folder Order Fulfillment
- Delivery Delay for 6 Months
- Delivery Delay per Month (top n customers)
- Backorder Processing
Activities
If you want to remove or add entries for the Internal Sales Representative role, process the entry for the following LaunchPad in this activity:
- Role: ISR
- Instance: REP
- Description:
