During creation of a transfer order (TO) with handling units (HUs), you can use the BAdI LE_WM_STORAGETYPE_HU to influence determination of the

  • Destination storage type
  • Destination storage section
  • Destination storage bin
  • Storage unit type of the storage unit (SU)

according to your own requirements.

The system calls the BAdI LE_WM_STORAGETYPE_HU in the following cases:

  • Creation of a TO for a storage unit
    • With transaction LT09
    • Via function module L_TO_MOVE_SU.
  • Creation of a TO for a delivery
    • With transaction LT0F
    • With transaction LT03
    • Via function module L_TO_MOVE_DN
    • Via function module L_TO_MOVE_DN_MULTIPLE.

Requirements

The TO is to be created for handling units.

Standard settings

The Business-Add In is not active in the standard system.

The Business-Add In is not filter dependent.

The Business-Add In cannot be used multiple times.

Activities

To activate the Business Add-In, you must activate an active implementation. To do this, go to the Customizing for Warehouse Management, and choose System Modifications -> Business-Add Ins in Warehouse Management.
