Use

In this IMG activity, you assign each asset class to an asset type.

The asset type is used as a selection criterion in the Russian Asset Accounting reports. In addition, the asset types Capital Investment and Assets Under Construction are used to automatically track invoices for APC (see the SAP Library documentation listed below).

Note

The SAP reports and programs only use the information in the Asset Class and Asset Type fields. You can use the other fields for your own purposes.
