Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Financial Accounting (FI) component.
You can use this BAdI to change data and status of FI documents before saving the results of the Match Incoming E-Invoices with FI Documents report.
This BAdI contains method UPDATE_BEFORE_SAVE with parameter CT_JOURNAL_ALV. You can use this parameter to change the values of the following document data fields:
- belnr_orig (Original VAT Invoice)
- gjahr_orig (Original VAT Invoice Year)
- belnr_corr (Corrective VAT Invoice)
- gjahr_corr (Corrective VAT Invoice Year)
- belnr_rev (Revised VAT Invoice)
- gjahr_rev (Revised VAT Invoice Year)
- tmstmp (Time Stamp)
- usnam (User Name)
- oper_typ (Operation Type)
You can also change the value of field j_3rf_icon_status to change the status of the document match. Note that only document matches with the status GREEN are saved by the system, so, if you change data for an invoice that was marked as RED by the matching report, the change will not be saved by the system if you do not set the status to GREEN.
