Definition
Here you determine the material types/recipient types for which inventory management should occur in ETM.
Example
For consumable materials (for example, material type ROH), ETM stock should be managed in storage locations (recipient type LA), but not on construction sites (recipient type B1).
This ensures that the warehouse can determine material stock using the stock list, and that stock is not updated on the construction site.
If you do not make an entry in this table, inventory management does not take place for the relevant combination material type/recipient type. Although a shipping document has been created for a material with such a material type and recipient XY with such a recipient type, recipient XY has no stock.
Requirements
For inventory management to take place at all in ETM, you must make the appropriate settings in Customizing under Inventory Management in ETM per Material Type.
