Definition
Here you define the asset class for which you want the workflow to take place when an asset master record is created, and the equipment category you want to use for the equipment.
Example
An equipment item of asset class 2000 is entered in asset accounting.
Procedure
An equipment master record with equipment category B is created for asset class 2000 and the appropriate PM orders created and saved in the asset and equipment master records.
Requirements
1. Workflow environment has been set up. SAP Business Workflow
2. Asset class must be relevant to workflow.
3. The "Plant" field in the asset master record has an entry in it.
4. Workflow template WS11100005 event linkage is
activated. Activate Event Linkage
5. Workflow is activated for ETM.
6. Equipment category is relevant to ETM. Maintain Equipment Category View and Processing
7. Events for change document: ANLA Object category: J_3GBU1022 Event created During creation: X is activated.

8. The agent responsible for the workflow task TS11100013 (Create Equipment from Asset) is assigned. Assign Agent
9. The agent responsible for error messages is assigned to the workflow tasks TS11100015, TS 11100017, TS11100019. Assign Agents
10. The field Order in the asset master record is ready for input of the relevant asset class. Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data
11. The agent responsible for the task has authorization to start the CATT. This is controlled by authorization object S_DEVELOP. The following input is required:
