In this workstep you can archive insurance data for equipment using the archiving object /SAPCEM/05.
You access archive administration in which you have the authorizations for the following functions:
- Preliminary Run
The insurance data to be archived is determined via the deletion flag and assigned a deletion indicator by the system.
- Archiving
The insurance data with deletion indicator are written to an archive file.
- Deletion
The archived data is deleted from the database.
