Requirements

Standard settings

In ETM you may find it helpful to enter the transactions that are used to create, change and display conditions and price list conditions as transaction variants.

The transaction variants should cover the main condition types and accesses.

The variants should refer to the follwing transactions for "conditions"

vk16 = Create conditions
vk17 = Change conditions
vk18 = Display conditions

The variants should refer to the following transactions for price list conditions

j4gr = Create ETM price list conditions
j4gs = Change ETM price list conditions
j4gt = Display ETM price list conditions

Recommendation

Example

You want to create a transaction variant for condition type J3GK (equipment rent), access sequence J3GO, table 491.

1) Enter transaction VK16 (create conditions).

2) Enter variant name (you can enter any name you like, but
recommendation is: name/condition type/table,
for example: variant CEM/J3GK/491).

3) Create (F5).

4) Screen entry: enter table 491.

5) Select "Copy field values", "Do nor disply screen" and "With
contents" for condition type field and table in the dialog box
"Confirm Screen Entry" that appears.

6) Choose exit and save.

8) You can test the result using F8 (test).

9) Repeat steps 1 and 2 for transaction VK17 (change conditions) and
transaction VK18 (display conditions).

Notes

You have to check first of all whether the condition type contains an access sequence. If it does, then you have to enter the table number of the access you require.
