Here you assign, per administrator/equipment type/document category/ activity type, a material number that is used in SD for settlement purposes. You also define which administrator is allowed for which equipment types here.
Requirements
Notes
There is a 2-level check (document category check and activity type check). There is no administrator check.
4-level check (administrator/equipment type/document category/activity type). The check depends on the administrator check indicator in Activity Type per Document Type.
Activities
2-level setting: all administrators are allowed for these document categories and activity types
4-level setting: this administrator is allowed for this equipment type per document category and activity type
Example 1:
Administrator A is allowed to send an excavator, for example, equipment type 1230 with document category "shipping document" and the activity type "in operation" and "released/ready for use".
Example 2:
Administrator B is allowed to send equipment of equipment type 1330 with PBE document and activity type "in operation" and "downtime".
