Per document type and recipient type, define the activity type that you want to be proposed as default value.
Further notes
It can be helpful if you make an entry per document type where there are no entries for the recipient type. This entry will then be used as the default value in document entry if no other entries specific to the recipient type have been made.
Example
Activity type "in operation" is used for the document type "shipping" and activity type "released/ready for use" for acquisitions in building contractors' yards. However, this can be changed when you enter documents.
