Choose a document procedure/schema or, if necessary, define a new one in Customizing for Sales and Distribution.

Choose the required document category. You cannot create further document categories of your own.

Choose the sales document types for group-internal and group-external settlement. If the sales document types that are delivered are insufficient, you can define additional ones or copy them.

Notes

Please note that price determination, account determination and output determination are controlled by the document types.

Further notes

You can assign authorizations to the appropriate document types.
