In this activity you can archive BOM data for equipment using archiving object /SAPCEM/03.

You access archive administration directly where the following functions are available to you:

1. Preliminary Run

   The data to be archived is determined by means of its deletion flag and the system then assigns a deletion indicator to this data.

2. Archiving

   The data with deletion indicator is written to an archive file.

3. Deletion

   The archived data is deleted from the system.
