Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Enter the CIAP factor for each period. The fiscal year and period correspond to those on the selection screen for the CIAP report.
To obtain the CIAP factor, you can run program J_1BLB02, Modelo 2 (List of Outgoing Documents). The program automatically calculates and displays the CIAP factor at the bottom of the output list. Run it for a given period, by specifying the posting date range for the corresponding month.
Example
Assume that you want to run the CIAP report for period 3 of year 20X0. First you run program J_1BLB02 and enter the posting date range 01 March 20X0 - 31 March 20X0. The program automatically generates the CIAP factor on the output screen. Assume this generated value is 0.08.
Next, for your company code and business place, enter fiscal year 20X0, period 3, and CIAP factor 0.08.
You can now run the CIAP report for period 3 of fiscal year 20X0.
