Use
In this activity you configure the settings needed to display attachments of business documents via built-in ArchiveLink viewer in the ILM Retention Warehouse.
Requirements
The attachments (including the Content Repository customizing) were imported from the legacy system into the Retention Warehouse system.
The Content Repository which has to be specified in this customizing step needs to be created in advance via transaction code OAC0. The Content Repository Identifier has to be two characters long.
Use following parameter values for the definition:
- Document area: ArchiveLink
- Storage type: SAP System Database
- Rep. SubType: Normal
- Version no. 0045
- Contents table: SLCM_RW_DOC
Standard settings
Activities
Enter the identifier of the Content Repository that was defined in advance (see preconditions), and save.
