Use
In this IMG activity, you assign InfoObjects, which were predefined or provided by SAP, to copies of data elements.
If the system finds an InfoObject in this table for the audit area and data element, then it uses this InfoObject for the generation, and does not generate a new InfoObject.
However, for the reuse, the system requires an exactly defined number of tables. This number is defined by the audit area. If the InfoObject is used with a smaller number of definition tables (for example, due to a reduction of the audit area), this can lead to errors in generating the audit package.
The system is able to differentiate between the first occurrence of a data element and copies of the data element. The copies are needed when a data element occurs more than once in a table. For these multiple occurrences (second, third, and so on) of the data element, you can enter a defined Info Object.
You assign the InfoObjects for the first occurrence of a data elment in the IMG activity Assign InfoObjects for Reuse.
