Views of the master data extension The views that are used to group the fields of the master data extension to form tabstrips are defined here. Table name: Database table that is the origin of the respective field. At the present time, only EQUI is supported. View: Name the view using a six-character, alphanumeric key. Position in tabstrip: This position number determines the order of the tabstrip with sorting in ascending order from left to right. Accordingly, sort the tabstrips from left to right in the workflow. View type: Enter either "0" or "1". "0" - The dialog processing performed in the tabstrip is provided by assigning fields, activating the extension, and integrating any customer-specific processing (default case). "1" - The tabstrip is assigned a dialog processing (subscreen) defined by the customer.
View texts Assign each view a text, which will be used as the tabstrip title within master data maintenance. Be as descriptive as you can. View texts can be entered in multiple languages if necessary.
Field assignment This action is required for views with type "0". The table is used to select, assign, and group the defined fields for each view.
Subscreen assignment This action is required for views with type "1". Assign the subscreens you have created. Enter the program name and the "Screen number".
