The following SAP enhancements are available for entering trouble tickets in IS-T:
- ISTMAL01
Link customer-specific screens to the tabstrip for enternig the trouble ticket.
Activities
- Create the enhancement.
To do this, either create a new project or use an existing project.
- Activate the project.
Your enhancement will not take effect until it is activated.
Further notes
Enhancements (as opposed to modifications) can be released since they are not in the original SAP namespace, rather in a namespace reserved for customers
