Use
In this IMG activity, you define the DRG grouper file conventions. You define a directory for DRG file exchange and specify how the file name is to be constructed. The file name must include the case number. You can use up to three constants in the file name composition. These can be specified as a prefix, suffix or file name extension. You can specify the sequence in which the constants and the file number are to be used.
Requirements
You only need to perform this IMG activity if you are using asynchronous communication via an external file.
Standard settings
Activities
You set the following parameters:
- Institution
- Directory ID (directory identification)
You specify an identification for a directory/file naming convention here. Reference is made to this identification in the IMG activity Define DRG Grouper in Section Communication -> DRG Data Exchange of the IS-H Implementation Guide.
- Fixed Part 1, Fixed Part 2 and Fixed Part 3
Constants in the file name.
- No.Case No.Dgs (number of digits from case number)
Number of digits from the case number that are to be included in the file name.
- Suppress Zeros
Select this option if the system is to suppress leading zeros from the case number.
- Position Fix 1, Position Fix 2, Position Fix 3 and Position Case No.
Positions of fixed parts (constants) of file names.
