In this IMG activity, you assign services from the in-house service catalog to surgical procedures (i.e. services from the surgical procedure code catalog).
When you enter a surgical procedure code in the surgery data entry function, the system checks whether a service from the in-house service catalog is assigned to this code. If this is the case, the system generates this service automatically.

When assigning services to surgical procedure codes, you should use an assignment type specially reserved for this purpose. You have to store this assignment type in the institution-specific, time-dependent system parameter OPZOTYP. Note that the maintenance code C for conversion must be set for this assignment type.
To be able to use the described functionality when entering surgery data, you have to activate the function via the institution-specific system parameter OP_NTPZ.
The surgical procedure code catalog must also be specified in the institution specific, time-dependent system parameter OP_TARIF.
