Use
In this IMG activity, you define on an institution basis whether the costs of a case-related material consumption are to be transferred into Controlling (CO). The system only transfers the costs for the materials that are determined by the rules defined here.
The following criteria are available:
- Institution
- (Nursing) organizational unit requesting the material
- Material type
- Material group
- Material
To reduce the maintenance effort involved here, you do not have to define every single combination in the rule table. With the exception of the institution, you can mask criteria (by entering an asterisk '*').
In this case, the system evaluates special (fully qualified) rules before general rules and prioritizes the criteria as follows: 1st Institution -> 2nd Org. Unit -> 3rd Material Type -> 4th Material Group -> 5th Material.
Requirements
Internal activity allocation to case-based orders must be active in the basic settings for the integration of IS-H with CO. Important: The case-based orders must be CO internal orders that can be debited with real costs. If you work with statistical internal orders, the costs of case-related material consumptions must not be transferred and you must not make settings in this IMG activity.
Standard settings
As standard, the costs of case-related material consumptions are not transferred into Controlling.
