Description
When materials required for a care unit are requested, the system checks an approval level in the authorization object N_NAMT_OU. You define these approval levels in this IMG activity.
Example
You want to set up drugs and products that may only be ordered with the approval of the senior physician or the nursing manager.
To achieve this, you should add two entries in this IMG activity. These could be:
- SP
- NM
You can then assign the corresponding activities per requesting, nursing OU to these two entries, and then assign the possible activities to the corresponding person group (senior physician or nursing manager) authorizations.
Digital Signature
You use the indicator DS to stipulate that the material requisition requires a digital signature.
