In this IMG activity, you define the waiting list statuses you wish to use in the enhanced waiting list.
Use
You use the waiting list status to denote the processing status of a waiting list entry.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
- Specify the institution in the Ins. field.
- Maintain a two-figure alphanumeric key in the first Status field.
- Maintain a language-dependent text comprising up to 20 characters in the second Status field.
- If the waiting list status indicates that the activity is completed for the waiting list entry, set the D indicator (deleted).
Waiting list entries with a status for which this indicator is set are no longer shown on the waiting list. The system only shows these entries if you explicitly specify this waiting list status on the selection screen.
A traffic light icon in the waiting list indicates the waiting list status of the entries. You display the color legend by opening the F1 Help for the column header on the data screen of the report RNPWAL00.

You offer an outpatient operation in your institution, and use the following waiting list statuses:
