In this IMG activity, you define the workflow events to be triggered by assigning these events to the appropriate IS-H events. The triggering of these IS-H events causes the workflow events from the Business Object Repository (BOR) to be triggered, and a relevant workflow to be started.
The IS-H event-to-BOR event assignments contained in the standard system serve as a template. (see Assign IS-H Events to BOR Events (SAP)). A definition of the BOR events and the triggering of the IS-H events in the corresponding IS-H transactions are ensured for these standard values.
You can, however, define customer-specific BOR events, and assign these to additional IS-H events. Note that you can only use events of the following object types in such assignments:
- BUS1084 Patient
- BUS2097 Patient Case
- BUS1306 Patient Movement
Example
Requirements
With regard to the assignment of additional IS-H events that are not defined in the standard system, you must ensure that these events are also triggered via event control. Event triggering takes place in the function module ISH_EDI_CM_EVENTS.
