Use
This Business-Add In (BAdI) enables you to check the consistency of and enhance data for specific application functions that save your data via an Application Programming Programming Interface (API) or a Business Application Interface (BAPI), prior to executing the API/BAPI.
For example, you can use this BAdI with the bed assignment functions in the Clinical Work Station to make sure that an attending physician is specified. For this purpose, you can implement a dialog for the specification of the attending physician in the BAdI, and then have the physician saved via the API/BAPI called by the function.
Requirements
The BAdI must be actived.
The BAdI will only run after execution of the following application functions:
Bed assignment functions in the Clinical Work Station
You can execute different bed assignment functions and assign a bed to patients using drag and drop in the occupancy/arrivals view of the Clinical Work Station. The system creates or changes an admission or transfer via an API.
For information about the various application functions, see the method documentation for the parameter FLT_VAL.
