Use
You can use this activity to completely or partially reset the Outgoing Royalties Data Collector.
Note:
We do not advise executing this activity in a production system, since this may cause data to be cancelled that may be relevant for the settlement of outgoing royalties.
Requirements
You have made the settings required for SD billing document values or quantities to be updated in the OR data collector. You have created SD billing documents for which data has already been updated in the OR data collector. This can already be partially or entirely transferred to the settlement data collector in IPM.
Activities
Execute the activity and select the billing documents for which data is to be reset in the OR data collector. Select the Test Run indicator. The system displays a log with all selected billing documents.
If you execute the activity without selecting the Test Run indicator, the system transfers an entry to the OR data collector for all selected billing documents. This means that during the transfer to the settlement data collector, the system cancels all data for these billing documents and they are no longer observed during the calculation of outgoing royalties.
