Use
You can use this activity to completely or partially recreate the outgoing royalties (OR) data collector.
Note: We do not advise executing this activity in a production system, since this may cause data to be transferred that is not to be observed during settlement of outgoing royalties.
Requirements
You have made the settings required for SD billing document values or quantities to be updated in the OR data collector.
You have created SD billing documents for which data has already been updated in the OR data collector. The updated data has been partially or completely cancelled in the Customizing activity Reset OR Data Collector.
Activities
Execute the activity and select the billing documents for which new data is to be created in the OR data collector. Select the Test Run indicator. The system displays a log with all billing documents for which data was transferred to the OR data collector during the update run. It only observes billing items for which no data has been transferred or those items that have been reset in the OR data collector.
If you execute the activity without selecting the Test Run indicator, the system transfers the relevant data to the OR data collector for all selected billing documents. This means that during the transfer to the settlement data collector, the system transfers the relevant values and quantities to the settlement data collector for these billing documents and observes them during calculation of outgoing royalties.
