Use

In the Customizing activities of the Output in XML Format section, you make settings to set up the XML file for each report at report group, report ID, or report version level as follows:

  1. Create an XSL transformation program.
  2. Create an XML data structure in the data dictionary that you can also assign to an XML version and that you can use as a destination data structure when mapping rules.
  3. Create XML versions and assign the corresponding XSL transformation program to it in the Customizing activity Assign XSL Transformation to XML Version.
  4. Assign the XML data structure to the given report version in the Customizing activity Assign XSL Transformation to XML Version.
  5. Define mapping rules for the XML data structure in the Customizing activity Define XML Mapping Rules.
