Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define sets of custom selection parameters that you can use when you create a PDF-based or XML form using the reporting framework program.
You assign the parameters to tab pages. You can define up to 4 tab pages for each set of parameters, and you can assign up to 26 parameters to each tab page. On the selection screen of the program, you can select the set of parameters that you have defined in this Customizing activity. The system then displays the tab pages at the bottom of the selection screen.

Activities
Define the name and description of the selection area.
Enter the tables from where the system can call data.
Define the name and description of the parameter set.
Define up to four tab pages for the parameter set.
Define selection parameters for each tab page and make the required settings for the selection parameters, such as the following:
Define the display properties of the parameter (for example, value range or checkbox; mandatory or optional).
Assign a data element to the selection parameter.
On the selection screen of the program, you can then access the corresponding F1 help for the selection parameter. If you do not assign a data element to the selection parameter, the system displays the default F1 help.
Assign a search help to the parameter.
On the selection screen, you can then access the corresponding input help for the selection parameter. The data element in the Data Element field must be used in the search help that you specify here.
Some predefined data elements already have a corresponding predefined search help. In this case, if you leave the Search Help Name field empty, the system uses the predefined search help. Alternatively, you can enter a search help. The system then uses this instead of the predefined search help.
Define the field labels that are to be displayed on the tab page.
You can define a description, and an additional text that is displayed after the input field.
