Use
In this Customizing activity, you define PDF output versions and assign PDF-based output form objects to each for the generation of a given report output. You can create PDF versions at report group, report ID, or report version level, that is, you can assign more than one PDF output form to a report group, report ID, or report version.
After you entered a version ID in the PDF Version field, you can enter a description or an explanatory name for each version, which enables you to identify the version. You must then assign the form object to the PDF version. You also need to choose a scaling parameter to control the format of the output amounts.
Note:
You need to create a PDF-based output form for each PDF version.
