Use
In this Customizing activity, you can enter any supplementary data for a report that you want to display in the report output and you define a key for each data. When the reporting framework program generates the XML or PDF-based output of the given report, the program calls the supplementary data from this activity.
Note:
The supplementary data you enter here will appear only in the XML or PDF-based output file.
Note:
You can modify any of the data you enter in this activity on the selection screen of the reporting framework, using the Supplementary Data for Report pushbutton.

Activities
Enter data as follows:
- In the ID of Supplementary Data field you enter a key that identifies the supplementary data
- In the Long Text field, you enter a description or an explanatory name for the key
- In the Supplementary Data field, you enter the data that you want to display in the report output
