The bank details of the owners, in whose names the Real Estate objects are managed in the system, must be entered in the object company code as the house banks.
First enter the house banks and corresponding accounts.
If automatic payments are to be made using these accounts, you also have to make the appropriate settings in the payment program, most importantly the settings for the choice of bank.
Set Up Bank Determination for Payment Transactions
Note:
If further settings are required (e.g. electronic bank statement), carry out the corresponding Customizing activities in Customizing for Financial Accounting (FI).
