Use
Dangerous goods are described using their UN number and mode-of-transport category.
As the description of dangerous goods can change over time, you can make changes to a dangerous goods description by entering a valid-from date. The validity period of a description is the period starting from the valid-from date to the 31.12.9999.
If there is a subsequent change state (with a later valid-from date), the validity period of this entry is the period from the valid-from date to the day before the valid-from date of the subsequent change state.
If a UN number (with description) is no longer valid for a specified time period, you can mark the UN number (with description) for this validity period as deleted by setting a deletion indicator.
